What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They help the site remember information about your visit — such as your language preference or consent choices — so that it works more smoothly for you.
Cookies are widely used across the internet and are considered standard practice for operating a functional website. They do not contain executable code and cannot carry viruses. When used responsibly, they contribute to a more consistent and considerate browsing experience.
Some cookies are necessary for the site to function at all, while others are optional and are only used when you have given consent.

Cookie Types We Use
Essential Cookies
Always Active — Cannot be disabled
These cookies are required for the website to function. They manage things like session continuity, security tokens, and your cookie preference record. Without them, parts of the site would not work correctly. No personal data is shared with third parties via essential cookies.
Examples: cookieConsent preference storage, session integrity
Duration: Session or up to 12 months
Analytics Cookies
Optional — Requires your consent
These help us understand how visitors interact with our site — which pages are visited, how long visitors spend on them, and where they arrive from. This information helps us improve the site. Data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals.
Examples: Google Analytics, page view tracking
Duration: Up to 24 months
Marketing Cookies
Optional — Requires your consent
These cookies may be used to show relevant content or advertising related to our services on other platforms. They also help us measure the effectiveness of our outreach. We do not use these cookies to build detailed personal profiles.
Examples: Retargeting pixels, ad network tags
Duration: Up to 12 months
Preference Cookies
Optional — Requires your consent
These remember your choices and settings, such as your language or region, so you do not need to re-enter them on your next visit. They are intended to improve your experience on return visits.
Examples: Language settings, UI preferences
Duration: Up to 12 months

Third-Party Cookies
Some functionality on our site may involve third-party services that set their own cookies. These parties have their own privacy and cookie policies which govern how they handle data collected through their cookies.
Third-party services that may be active on this site include:
- Google Analytics — Website usage analytics. Google Privacy Policy
- Google Maps — Embedded map on our homepage. Subject to Google's terms.
We select third-party services with care and periodically review their data practices. Where a third-party service is optional, it will only load if you have given consent for the relevant cookie category.
04
Cookie Duration
Cookies fall into two broad categories based on how long they remain on your device:
Session Cookies
These exist only while your browser is open. They are deleted automatically when you close your browser or session. Used for continuity during a single visit.
Persistent Cookies
These remain on your device for a set period — typically between one month and two years — and persist across browsing sessions. You can delete them manually at any time.
